How it works
What is VIP Home Service Group?
A family of home improvement and construction service sites, from VIP Painting and VIP Roofer to VIP Pool & Spa and VIP Mover. You send one request, and we connect you with the partner site that handles your kind of work.
How do I get started?
Use the request form on any page or call (800) 207-0499. Tell us what you need and where you are, and a member of our team takes it from there.
Will I get calls from several contractors?
No. Only one contractor will contact you about your request. You will not get a stack of calls or constant emails like you can on other service sites.
What happens after I send a request?
One of our team members reads it and matches it to the right partner. That partner visits to look at the job, gives you an estimate and, if you decide to go ahead, does the work.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Estimates and work are arranged between you and the partner contractor.
The contractors
Who are the partner contractors?
They are independent contractors behind the VIP sites, each focused on one kind of work, such as VIP Decks, VIP Electrical or VIP Cleans.
Who is responsible for the work?
The partner contractor you hire. Estimates, schedules, payment and the work itself are agreed between you and that contractor.
Can I ask a contractor about credentials and insurance?
Of course. Ask for whatever your project and your area call for, and get the details in writing.
Can I get a second opinion?
Yes. You are always free to compare estimates before you decide.
Your information
Are you a lead generation company?
No. We are not a lead generation company. We do not sell leads. Your request goes to our team and the one partner who helps you.
Do you sell my information?
Never. We use what you send to answer your request and connect you with a partner.
Who sees my request?
Our team members who handle your request, and the one partner contractor who contacts you.

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Homeowners, business owners, landlords and property managers all use the group. Tell us what kind of property it is.
