01Who we are and what we do
VIP Home Service Group (“VIP Home Service Group,” “we,” “us”) is a group that connects homeowners and business owners with independent partner contractors. When you submit a request through this website or by phone, we match it to one partner contractor, who contacts you to look at your project, provide an estimate and, if you choose to proceed, perform the work.
By using this website, submitting a request or accepting a visit from a contractor we connect you with, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request.
02How the service works
You submit a request once. One of our team members reviews it and passes it to a single partner contractor. The contractor reaches out, assesses the work and gives you an estimate. If you accept the estimate, the contractor performs the work under the agreement you make with them.
We never sell your information, and only one partner contractor will contact you about a request. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
03Partner contractors are independent
Partner contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own work, schedules, pricing, permits, insurance and compliance with the laws that apply to them. VIP Home Service Group does not perform the work and is not a party to the agreement between you and the contractor.
Please ask your contractor for any credentials, permits or insurance details that matter to your project, and get the scope, price and schedule in writing before work begins.
04Information on this site
The guides, checklists and tools on this site are general information. They are not professional, legal, engineering or safety advice, and every home, project and place is different. In an emergency, call 911 and your utility.
We try to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete or current.
05Your submissions
When you send a request, photos or messages through this site, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it.
06Websites of partner brands and links
This site links to the websites of the VIP partner brands and may link to other websites. Each partner site has its own terms. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content.
07Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from your use of the site, your reliance on its general information or work performed by a partner contractor. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law or under a written agreement with a contractor.
08Changes
We may update these terms and the date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
